Thank You Phyllis Frye

Thirty-one years ago today, Judge Phyllis Frye – the first openly trans judge in Texas – was able to get the Houston crossdressing ordinance overturned:

    I wanted to thank Phillis Frye from the bottom of my heart for what she has done for all Texas transgendered people. Also TY Cristain for putting this out there or i wouldn't have known. Cristian,you are a big help to all of us and you do not hear it enough but "Thank You" Stay Sweet!
