Biography

For decades I’ve worked on addressing the practical needs of underserved populations, with a focus on social determinants of health, public policy, and nonprofit management.

I’ve founded and led numerous social service programs, established community centers, and earned multiple awards for her community work.

I’ve presented at universities across the country, served on public health and executive boards, founded the Transgender Foundation of America and was a founding member of the Bee Busy Wellness Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center.
