@ Dana and Cristan. This is getting absurd. Please call each other on the phone and discuss these issues. Texting is fraught with perils. You may disagree with each other but at least if you can have a civil voice conversation you both ought to be able to agree on the specifics of the differences in perceptions of sex.

I have therefore scheduled a BlogTV session for this coming Wednesday (8/17/11) at 8 PM Central. The topic is TS Separatism and I’ve asked Dana Taylor to co-host.

My hope is that if Dana and I are able to actually speak with each other, it will resolve this internet slap fight and perhaps facilitate some dialogue.

If Dana doesn’t show, I’ve asked Deena17 to co-host if she isn’t busy. Otherwise, I will leave the Separatist co-host seat open to someone who feels they will be able to articulate the TS Separatist position well.

    Thank you for your videos on Transgender vs Transsexual. I, too, believe in strength in a community without dividing it. Also, thank you for representing the T community against people like David Welch (what a moron!).

      My experience is that a large community of diverse constituent groupings is far more effective than a small bitter community. Think about any separatist group – from religion to feminism – they are all loud, regarded as being crazy and are highly ineffective.
